Hi my name is Caleb. I’m a personal
trainer here at the SIU rec center, and I’m going to show you how to use the Cybex
VR3 Overhead Press machine. First we need to adjust the seat height, in order to allow
your shoulders to be at 90 degrees, or slightly lower when you’re starting this
movement. So we need to pull this pin and push the seat down a little bit farther. Adjust the appropriate weight, grasp the
handles with your thumbs facing each other, look forward, deep breath in, and
then press, and exhale when you lower.
