How to Draw Ken Kaneki | Tokyo Ghoul

a very welcome to the club today I'll be showing you how to draw chibi kin connect II from Tokyo ghoul let's start by drawing in the right eye so we start with a curve from the insides going up and out to the outside starting here when you go up and then I would occur now we're going to draw in the eye and the center syringe or circle touching the top of the eyelid draw a big circle coming down to the bottom and then back up to the top let's draw in the bottom side of the eye and take this point we're gonna do a slight overlap and curve underneath it eye and back up to the top so again do a little overlap curving down underneath the eye and then curly up to the outside let's call in the outside areas in black from here I'm going to have to draw in the hair bangs that come in overlap on top of the face so in the middle of our head right here we draw a curve so the top coming down towards the bottom now when it curves up back up into some taper upward so get a little bit wider and you come up now if you're going to reverse the curve you're going to off the direction just above this I work our way towards the right coming down and then back up we're going to continue this until we get to the outside of the head coming down again going back up down towards the eye up one more just beside the eye here and if it gets to the top on the side of the head you're going to go a little bit longer going down toward the side of the head and we'll pull that back up let's go to the left side of the head and all the hair bangs on the left so from here we have step down just a little bit sort of slight overlap will curve down and we'll turn that back up and we want to try to keep the height consistent across going to make this one a little bit shorter swing back up down up I'm gonna have to go a little bit higher now here up we'll draw one more longer hair here on the side of the head coming down and pull that up to the side on the head now there we got the hair bank and placement drawn the bottom of the head so on the sides here and I'm draw a curve look like a half circle down towards the chin so on the left side I feel that the hair overlap slightly curved down round up the bottom of the chin now I want to bring this back up on the right side so the hair sort of overlap the head on the right now here really vary in the eye patch underneath the hair so we started along the bottom here and draw a curve from the side of the head and curve in toward the center of the face now if you're going to angle up with a straight line going up underneath the hair bangs in the same direction going upwards now up here you see the top of the eye attached so up here we can draw an angled line in behind the going all the way across like that so can I take this bottom corner and just draw the bottom of the strap going across over the right eye now this going to go underneath the hair banging wall so I'm just going to continue this up around the top of the right eye until we get to the side let's add a couple rivets on the four corners of the eye patch start at the bottom draw a circle on the bottom right and then up the top heroes privacy half of it and then on the top left we'll see just a little half let's draw in the lower mouth here so from this corner of the eye patch it's going to curve down up on the right side now I'm going to curve underneath the right eye going to the outside of the head curving down and out into right about here we're going to reverse the angle we're going to curve to the side of the head on this point we're going to curve up to the side of the head as well in the center points of the nose right here we draw two more rivets so one circle on the left one on the right and then so this point that's going to angle a line going up underneath that strap let's draw it in the mouth so from left to right just underneath the eyes draw a curve going down back up on the right side now when it curved down the side of the mouth going down toward the chin being a slight gap and we're going to curve the bottom of the mouth but we leave a little space here in the middle because we want to bump it up so curving in your space curve up on the right side now here which one draw a little bump so just a little smooth transition bump going across like that on the left side here we draw a little zipper start it applies both a triangle going down we'll go across and then back up for the top of that triangle we're going to draw a curve going over towards the right side you want to leave a little gap on the end you're not gonna go all the way across from this point I'm going to angle up to the top of the mouth then I'm going to angle down and the top of the zipper we're going to angle outwards now let's color the size of the mouth in black when we work our way towards left we're going to do an occur when over toward the left and continue this all the way across the top leaving a little bit of a gap to the top of the mouth going all the way to the end now we're going to go over towards the right during the same side curve draw one more on the in here now we've drawn the bottom gum line so just a sudden zipper we're going to curve up and again we're doing the reverse from doing it off the direction coming down and up let's pull that into that lower bump and go back to the right side and do the same thing covering across all the way to the sides of the mouth let's go ahead and finish off the hair from sides here so I'm draw a little bit more of an overlap through the hairband so from this point let's step down curve downwards we're going to pull this up along the side of the head going up and in we'll do the same thing on the right so stepping down from that point coming down and working our way back up now going back to the left under you continue the hair line all the way up to the top of the head now I'm going to draw the head right up to about here starting on the left side will curve down and I will work my way back upwards curving up and I want to add some hair strand as I go so curving out again now this I'm going to bring all the way to the top of the head coming out to right about there and drop some more hair strands from out toward left I'm going to pull this in towards the center to right about there now as you go towards the right we're going to flip the hair directions this way so starting at the top again or you go over towards the right then we'll pull that back in now I want to mirror what I have on the left side I'm going to curve out and then down and pull that back in now in between this Gavroche one drill one more hair strand and curve outwards pull that back in non-staff extend this line up further so going across like that let's tuck the ears on the side of the head so basically like a half circle on the side here so put it high the hair Kirt in climb ahead we'll do the same thing on the right side coming around and in we draw a little enter your details so in here which should go a little curve on the right we'll do the same thing this adds some of the hair on the back here so I didn't eat the left earlobe will angle down and out go up we're just into a little zigzag along the bottom edge here and tuck that and I look at the head same thing on the right side so I'm going down go up come down and then in behind the head let's work our way down the body so it just underneath the head here we've drawn the large color so on the left side here is going to curve around and down on the right we'll do the same thing for turning around and down and then we work our way down the sides of the body so from this point what a curve sighted by and down towards the waist on the right we'll do the same thing the body actually points outwards this way let's connect those two points with a curve along the middle come down then up on the right side let's add a little bit of detail to the body here so on other side of these two straps that come across this way so on the side of the body where you go up we're going to round it out coming back towards the left and angle the line down to the side on the left side we'll do the same on the right angling up rounding out the inside and it will angle straight down towards the right side of the body in here which controls it a line now we're going strong to saw the body going to go up and leave a little gap on the inside I'm going to same thing on the right now in the middle here there's like a half circle that goes across this way starting on the left side will curve down the middle back up on the right now down here maybe the same thing for coming down and up on the right side in the middle we could split this in half with another curve going across like that underneath the chin we've got two lines coming down to this curve here so one on the left line straight down and then one on the right and then on the left side at the top we've got two circles for the buttons one on top of each other underneath the colored here or draw two more circle that in the center which can draw a little black dot we're not some more lines down the side here so from the corner of the waist we're going to curve up underneath this curve here we'll do the same thing on the right down towards the corner yet then we step up to draw another curve tucked in underneath then we're just split this in half right down the middle that now in the middle of this line here so I started with top of this curve or draw a straight line coming down to the waist line on the right we'll draw a little circle and then the ball and draw another circle under here it's going to talk in a couple pockets it's occurring down in and let's go ahead and work in the arms so just decide to color here let's start down here on the Left we curve out on the way we'll do the same thing that's occurring out and then down and we occur the sleep in behind the body coming down and in on the right back here except these little strength so we're going to start on the top here angle up come down at a slight angle and then pull that back down to the side of the arm we're going to draw that twice so leaving a gap going up down in an angle and down to the side of the arm let's go back to the left side to finish off this arm show up in the corner where the body meets the sweet red curve out and down we're drawing a Staunton with a half circle going around and at the end of the thumb which going to draw a little bracket at the bottom of the thumb we swirl around the bracket and go up now where there is another finger and decide to sit down here or curve up and then to the third finger we curve up and underneath the sleeve so then slight overlap on the end there let's add in the cuff so for the outside we are we're going to curve down and in towards our wrist now we want to add a strike in here just step up draw one curve then we'll draw that twice across like that let's do the same thing on the right side started right here in this corner out up and down we'll round up the thumb and we're going to draw a little bracket at the bottom of that thumb let's troll around the bracket and go up on the side of the finger do another finger curving up and then again we incur this arm up underneath the sleeve so in a slight overlap on the end we'll join a curve from the wrist line to the outside of the arm it isn't in here we're going to draw up another stripe so one curve and then that same curve just above it let's work our way down the leg so in the middle just down here we draw curve left to right for the lower torso on the left side we're going to step in and just draw perfectly down to the lower part of the shorts on the right we're going to step over towards left and curve down to the shorts now Unger the bottom of the short going out so we draw a long curve from the outside leg towards the inside going out like that now we take these points and curve up underneath the waist so right here which we go right into that point same thing on the right side and just bowing out the legs there so work our way down the lower legs so from this corner on left was step over 12 left side curved down towards the heel so the slight overlap chasing on the regular and step over curve down towards the heel on the right now for the bottom of the feet X 1 draw curve from the heel to the toe curving down around my back I'm doing the same thing on the right side if you're going to curve up the top of the foot so on the left side so I draw with like a half circle going up to the top of the foot and then dance right I'm up there from this side of the short going to step over towards the right occur down toward the top of that foot go ahead and do the same thing on the right side so leaving that same gap right here curve up the top of the foot and then down toward the toe underneath the show we're going to step over toward the left curve down towards that toe now the finish off the legs right at this point here I'm going to curve up to the inside of leg and do the same thing on the right side we're going to add a strike just like we did with the wrists up here so just above the toe we're going to curve a cross and we drill that twice come across like that do the same thing on the right curving twice one about the other that finishes up a little trim along the bottom of the foot so for the toe we're just going to follow that bottom of the sole all the way across we do the same thing on the right side and that is pretty much it there we have it there she can connect e from Tokyo ghoul I hope you enjoyed this lesson make sure you subscribe and send us your requests in the comments below thanks for watching we'll see
